About the Instructor
Ijhaz

Ijhaz Mohideen is a Vinyasa and Yin/Restorative yoga teacher. Ijhaz received his initiation into yoga through the guidance of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, founder of the Art of Living Foundation in Bangalore, India.
Since his apprenticeship in 2009, Ijhaz has been a dedicated yoga practitioner and instructed Vinyasa and Yin/Restorative yoga classes and conducted retreats in Sri Lanka, Germany and Norway.
Ijhaz is currently teaching at various yoga studios and companies in Stavanger.
As a teacher his ethos is to guide his students towards connecting with their own intuitive body and discovering and understanding it, from the inside out.
Ijhaz is also a mental health coach and children’s workshop holder and is passionate about health and well-being of mind, body and soul.
