We believe in a world in which the vast majority have unlocked their full potential and consciously create the life of their dreams.

We Believe change is possible.

We help people follow their dreams and transform their life.

If you are the kind of person who believes change is possible, then you are in the right place.

Hi I’m Ijhaz Mohideen

A mentor and life coach who helps people unlock their full potential and create the life of their dreams.

Who are you  ? …

and what would you like out of this life experience ? …

Often times we let our lives determine the type of dreams we dare to have.

Instead I would like to challenge you, to let your dreams determine the type of life or lifestyle you wish to experience.

You have probably heard the phrase …

YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE…

On the contrary, we only die once, but wake up to a new opportunity of living every day, as if it was brand new.

A new opportunity to START AGAIN .

Every moment holds within it, the opportunity for a new beginning. The seed for something beautiful and meaningful to grow out of. When we realise this at a deeper level, every moment of life becomes a celebration.

If you are not experiencing every moment of your life as a cause for celebration, then you and I need to have a chat my friend.

My name is Ijhaz, and when people ask me what it is I do, I often find myself lost for words to give a description that fits.

SO when designing my business card I decided to follow the old adage that a ‘picture is worth a thousand words’…

Yep.. that is my business card.

In short what I do is, help you find the answers within you to understand what it is that blocks you or stops you from taking the next step on your journey, and thriving in all aspects of your life.

The answers are ALREADY WITHIN YOU.

My job is simply to help you navigate through the maze in order to find them.

The two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why.”

– Mark Twain

My Origin Story

I was born to a middle class Sri Lankan family. We were neither financially rich, nor were we poor. We were comfortable enough. At the age of 3, I nearly died of illness. It wasn’t going to be my first experience with death.

The experience of growing up in Sri Lanka in the 80’s was a bizarre mixture of completely normal childhood fun and games combined with the raw exposure to the brutality of war.

Being an extremely timid and shy kid, it wasn’t long before I became the target of many of the school yard bullies. This made me a fast runner.

As a teenager I took to playing rugby and theatre. Rugby made me physically and mentally stronger, and kept the bullies away, while theatre provided an outlet for creativity to flow in and out of me. This helped me grow from being an insecure teenager with low self esteem, to a more confident and vibrant teen.

In the year 2000, at the age of 20 I moved to London to get a higher education, battle depression and loneliness, and succumb to the allure of alcohol and drugs. All of that changed in 2009 when a near death experience gave me a second chance at life, and set me on a path to understand what it really means to ‘live’, and to share that wisdom with others.

The experiences of growing up in a war zone, physical and mental abuse, addictions and their consequences, and the path followed in the past 12 years towards self actualisation and mastery has enriched me with a wealth of experiences, knowledge and wisdom that I am fortunate enough to share with those who are ready to receive.

I’m not a ‘coach’. Coaching is just one of the tools in my tool belt.
