“Daddy .. you are the happiest person in Stavanger… every one else looks so miserable that you really stick out” .. my daughter often says to me when we are out in town.

And upon reflecting on this i realised that it is quite true. Most often than not i live in a state of extreme joy and happiness…which made me wonder how that came to be..

It came from a deeper understanding of 2 very important things.

1) That i am responsible for my own happiness. Not only am i responsible for it, but i am the one who decides my happiness, observes it, measure it, experiences it, judges it and repeats the cycle.

So basically ; HAPPINESS IS AN INSIDE JOB

2) THE 4 MAIN TYPES of happiness that is available to each and every one of us, at any given moment of our lives. ( which is shared in the video)

๐Ÿ“จ Side Note – HAPPINESS is highly OVER RATED….ENTHUSIASM and EXCITEMENT are far greater states to be in. Just ask a kid in a trampoline park if they are happy and they will probably look at you like you are crazy as the euphoria they are experiencing in that moment is far greater than just happiness.

FEAR

WHAT IS YOUR BIGGEST FEAR ? … AND IS IT EVEN REAL …

Often times when i ask this question, the most common reply is a variety of concerns or possibilities (that may or may not happen), MASQUERADED as fear.

So what really is a fear ? …and more importantly, are most of the things we think and believe to be our fears even real, or are they just a thought ?

Let’s take a closer look.

Essentially there are just 2 types of fear.

1) A REAL external danger – Like when we come face to face with a Lion

or

2) An internal emotional conflict – which is to do with THOUGHT, or our habitual way of thinking about something.

SO WHAT IS YOUR BIGGEST FEAR ? …

Is it a real external danger that can bring your existence to an abrupt end in a matter of seconds/minutes …?

OR

Is it just a thought ?

* Understanding this distinction is of UBER IMPORTANCE *

Why ? …

Because a REAL danger sends our whole system into survival mechanism, commonly known as the Fight, Flight and Freeze mechanism. (AKA the ‘RED’ system)

While this Red system is amazing at getting us out of a life threatening situation, it is completely useless for all other types of thought related concerns.

The reason being that the Red system put’s us in a kind of tunnel vision where our brain is working under a high level of tension to find us the quickest way out of the jungle and away from the lion. Creative thinking, brainstorming, etc is not an option in that situation.

The problem that arises when we UNCONSCIOUSLY take our thoughts and concerns and put them into the ‘Fear box’ in our minds, is that each time we think that thought/concern, we trigger the Fight, flight or freeze mechanism into play (even though there is no lion waiting to eat us) and end up getting caught up in tunnel vision.

For dealing with all other (non life threatening) types of challenges/concerns we have a wonderful ‘Blue system’… a mechanism that revolves around creative thinking, brain storming, problem solving, planning, decision making, prioritizing, etc

This blue system is designed to help us use our imaginative and creative powers to navigate through our challenges/concerns. It is infinite and abundant in it’s possibilities.

SO … ๐Ÿฅ๐Ÿฅ๐Ÿฅ๐Ÿฅ๐Ÿฅ๐Ÿฅ๐Ÿฅ๐Ÿฅ๐Ÿฅ

(DRUM ROLL ..for maximum effect) ๐Ÿ˜‰WHAT IS Y ‘OUR’ BIGGEST FEAR ? .. Is it really A FEAR …… or JUST A THOUGHT ?Does it serve us to keep UNCONSCIOUSLY TRIGGERING our flight/flight/freeze mechanism many times a day even though there is no lion ? …Or can we SEE IT FOR WHAT IT IS, and DEAL WITH THE THOUGHT using our marvellous and ingenious Blue system/mechanism.Food for thought โค๏ธ๐Ÿงก๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ’™ Namaste ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ

YOU ARE A CREATION MACHINE !!!!!!!!

Give your minions something to do !

In every moment we are creating. Wether we like it or not, wether we are conscious of it or not, we are creating.

Unfortunately most of us are creating UNCONSCIOUSLY most of the time, instead of realizing it’s power and making it a CONSCIOUS and powerful PROCESS.

EVERY CELL in our being is in constant CREATION MODE in every moment, and we create through our THOUGHTS, FEELINGS, WORDS AND ACTIONS..

If this process is vastly unconscious as it is for most of us, then all we are doing is making ‘PHOTOCOPIES’ of past experiences or creating new experiences with lots of negative influences from past experiences.

Our cells are constantly waiting for the ‘COMMAND’ from US.

Just like the minions in the movie ‘Despicalble me’, they are constantly waiting to draw the next picture of what your next life experience is going to/can look like.

Our job is to become conscious of the process and become CONSCIOUS CREATORS as opposed to letting it be an unconscious act.

Cos there is nothing else to do. There is only one game of life that we know of. And with uncertain times ahead, the best way to be ready is by taking care of the things that are within our control..within our parameteres of influence .. Time to bring some CERTAINITY back into our game !




WHAT IS VIBRATION, AND WHY WE NEED TO KNOW IT

How are YOU, raising YOUR VIBRATION ?

Uncertain times can often heighten our awareness. While this is great for keeping us safe, it is also important to be mindful about where we direct that heightened awareness.

The media and news, (while informative), can also carry with it a lot of fear and panic in the way it’s presented. SO, in times of heightened awareness, too much exposure to the media or ‘Breaking News’ would most likely lead to heightened states of fear and panic.

One of the best things we can do for ourselves (and the planet) right now is to work on consistently raising our vibrational frequency.

MONEY – MOVING INTO ABUNDANCE

The ‘FEEL RICH’ trinity

Think you need money in order to feel rich ? … Think again.

I would like to share with you a secret that took me a better part of the last 10 years to discover and understand.

The art of feeling RICH.


Not so long ago when i came to the point of being sick and tired of being constantly broke, i started looking for ways to make money. To understand the principles of making and attracting money.And to my frustration the same annoying sentence kept coming up at every seminar, book or lecture about money…

‘YOU HAVE TO FEEL RICH IN ORDER TO ATTRACT MONEY’

That was all well and good.

But the annoying thing was how the F**k does one feel rich when they are f*****g broke and they feel poor as f**k.

This riddle had me running around in circles like a dog that chases it’s own tail. It was not pretty (trust me)

‘But he who seeks, finds’ !

And the FEEL RICH TRINITY is what i found as the answer to feeling rich, even while one is broke.

The 3 aspects of the trinity are pretty self explanatory. All it requires is some dedication and the actual ‘WILL’ to move from a state of feeling poor to a state of feeling rich.

– EAT HEALTHY FOOD

– EXERCISE REGULARLY

– MEDITATE DAILY

It doesn’t happen overnight. But start today and within weeks you will experience the difference. The shift that takes place within.

And our actual bank balance, has got nothing to do with it.

What you would find though, is that after the shift starts happening within, the path to making money (that is meaningful to you) will show itself one step at a time. Just take the first step.

THE ILLUSION OF STRENGTHS & WEAKNESSES



Two sides to every coin

What are YOUR 3 biggest STRENGTHS and the DARK SIDE that comes with it ? ๐Ÿฆธโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿฆธ

Before i heard this question for the first time, i can honestly say that i had never actually thought about it like that. ๐Ÿค”

I knew what my strengths were and what my weaknesses were. But never actually thought about the cost of these strengths.

And taking some time to reflect upon this really brought up some interesting stuff.

(and it may do for you too if you give it a moments thought)

Discovering these dark sides to these strengths really put things into perspective and revealed some strong BEHAVIOURAL PATTERNS that had HIDDEN IN THE SHADOWS for years … 30+ years for me.

WE CANNOT HIT A TARGET THAT WE CANNOT SEE ๐Ÿฅด๐Ÿน

Likewise we cannot address any of our patterns that don’t serve us, if we don’t even know that they exist. So bringing them from the UNCONSCIOUS to the CONSCIOUS would be the first step.

Now we can actually do something about them, (if we want to) We can start training to hit the target, now that it is visible. ๐ŸŽฏ๐ŸŽฏ๐ŸŽฏ๐ŸŽฏ๐ŸŽฏ๐ŸŽฏ๐ŸŽฏ

The same could be applied with our so called weakness.

What are your WEAKNESSES and the POSITIVE SIDE that comes with it ? …

I guess the biggest thing that came out of this for me, is that nothing in life is 100% GOOD or 100% BAD. There is always two sides to every coin, and becoming more aware of that really helps to accept people, places and situations as they are …Including myself ๐Ÿ™‚๐Ÿ™ƒ
