If You’re Not Sure

Unsure if coaching is for you?

HERE’S SOME COMMON REASONS WHY SUCCESSFUL MEN AND WOMEN REACH OUT TO ME FOR COACHING.

They want to get better at their game – To ‘Level Up’

Whether that is playing an instrument, playing a sport, starting a new career/business, or diving into their creative potential to create life changing pieces of art or mind expanding pieces of literature, everyone has the potential to keep getting better at their craft, and their is no limit to how many times we can level up.

“Every talk we have had, has led me to a better place and state”

They want to overcome performance anxiety / stage fright

Anxiety can throw a monkey wrench into our plans, and often lead to us feeling trapped and unworthy, fearful and unsure, restless and unfocussed. For many of us, it can be the thing that stops us from shining brightly and expressing ourselves fully in the way that we know we can.

“The trust that I can play without anti anxiety medication gives me a kind of freedom. And I definitely saved my body from more medication”

They want to overcome blocks and get back into the state of flow.

We’ve all been there. We’ve all experienced that state even for a fleeting moment… the state of flow.

The state of being fully immersed in an activity, totally focused, energised and in complete joy and union with the task at hand. We may even have periods of our lives similar to this state where everything is just happening with ease. All the pieces of the puzzle just fit.

And for no reason that we are aware of or conscious of, we can easily fall out of this state and struggle in vain to get back in flow.

You have helped me keep my life on track, cleaning up and organising my mind and feelings every fourteenth day

… I have grown as a human being”

They want to reach Peak Performance

Until quite recently, having a personal trainer and/or a peak performance coach was perceived as a luxury that was exclusive only to elite athletes.

However, as the quality of our lifestyles get better, it’s becoming more common to reach out to a personal trainer to improve one’s physical health and a life coach/performance coach to improve one’s mental health and maximise their full potential.

“I needed clarity regarding my purpose and direction”

“Getting coached has led me to ask for what I want, and get it”

They want to overcome Fear/Doubt

Belief can be a conviction that’s tricky for many of us.

Fear and/or doubt can often cloud our sense of belief in ourselves and our abilities, and often hinder us from moving forward, from trying new things, from venturing into the unknown, from reaching for our highest aspirations.

“I become brave. Now I trust myself, and know that everything is going to be fine. That means I try things I never did before. I constantly challenge myself, I am stepping over my own limits, and my mind is not a bordering thing anymore. I started projects I was waiting for years

(because I was afraid of the “what if..”s)”

“The coaching experience was wonderful”.

“The biggest change in my life this year, is that I am finally proud of my self and how I live. I accept my mistakes and my past as part of being human. My head is reorganised, so I can see my past, present, and future as a pathway.

I have found peace with the life I live, with my man and my child, house and work. I don’t wish to escape from it anymore, I have found my freedom in the life that I live. I have talked trough my dreams and challenges about my artwork and business, so I now feel confident about it, knowing that I am on the right track. I have gotten confident enough to be able to stand up for my self and the choices I make.”

“Can absolutely recommend this seminar for anyone who is looking for a positive change in their life.

Either you are already in your process or recognise that it’s time to make some changes – this is a great place to start and/or continue. I went last year and it definitely put me into a Let’s Do This mode, that lead to a lot of changes on several areas”. 💪🏼💫👊🏻

“Sometimes we think we know, but actually we don’t know

Being an entrepreneur, starting up a business was very challenging for me to face an unbelievable amount of uncertainty.

The conversations were positive, encouraging, inspiring, motivating and made perfect sense to me. Those conversations have helped me to think and act in a manner which is good to my Mind, Body and Soul!

Ijhaz’s way of coaching is very easy to understand and the moment you get in to a conversation you know he is well read and full of wisdom in this particular area.

Some burning questions in my life was met with instant and most logically explained answers from him, which I found really fascinating. It’s not only the coaching part but the amount of things you can learn is priceless.

We have our weekly chats on a regular basis.”

“I was part of the ‘I have a dream’ seminar back in 2016, and it was one of the most powerful experiences I’ve had in my life.

Ijhaz is truly an amazing trainer – with his calm energy he managed to deeply touch every single one of us who were there.

If I have to say the one thing that impacted me the most, it would be – being inspired. Inspired to work on myself, to strive for better things in life, to dream big and work on those dreams by doing small changes in my everyday life. Inspired to also take it easy, enjoy the moment, be thankful for what I have and for who I am.

I also got a chance to meditate for the first time in my life and it was a rewarding feeling after every session – being more focused, concentrated, calm, energized.

‘I have a dream’ was a real spiritual journey and will always be something very dear to me – this is why I often go back to what I learned, and to this day, I use it to get the most out of my life.

Thank you Ijhaz!
